Installing on 64-bit computers

Note    The BlueCielo iFilter is only compatible with the Indexing Service on 64-bit computers. It is not compatible with Windows Search.

To install the 32-bit BlueCielo iFilter on a 64-bit computer:

  1. Ensure that the Indexing Service is not running on the computer during installation.
  2. Ensure that the AutoVue folder is included in the Path environment variable. By default, it is C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Cyco Shared\AutoVue.
  3. Register av_iFilter.dll and any additional file types as described in Registering file types.
  4. Copy AMFilterX32.exe from the AutoVue folder to the TeamWork program folder. By default, it is C:\Program Files\BC-TeamWork\Program.
  5. Configure content indexing for the vaults as described in Configuring content indexing if you have not done so already.
